Shipping Information
Above All Creations, LLC ships via FedEx. You will have the opportunity to review any shipping charges to be applied before checkout/payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes of any kind.
You will be provided with the tracking number of your shipment once your item is shipped.
SHIPPING TIME/TIME IN TRANSIT: Above All Creations, LLC, does our best to process your order as soon as possible.
In rare cases, however, it may take up to three business days to process and ship your order. If, for some reason, your order is going to be delayed for more than three business days, you will be notified via email and given an opportunity to cancel your order.
Shipping Surcharges
Some heavy or oversized items require additional shipping costs. This amount is indicated in (parentheses next to the item price) and is in addition to our regular shipping charges. Parcel Past/Priority shipments add $1.00 per box handling fee.
In-Stock Non-Freight Items
We ship the product directly from our warehouse. Most items ship by FedEx and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.
Items ordered together do not always arrive together.
If an item(s) is on backorder, an expected due date to our warehouse is shown for the item. If ordering by phone, your Telephone Representative will provide that information; you will also be notified by mail if your item(s) is backordered for more than 30 days.
In-Stock Freight Delivery
Some large, heavy or bulky items require delivery by truck/motor freight. Those items are marked with the truck icon. These items ship from our warehouse and depending on your location you should receive a call to set up a delivery appointment within 3-7 business days.
Additional shipping/handling charges are required and are indicated in (parentheses) after the retail price. These charges are in addition to our regular shipping charges.
All truck/motor freight deliveries are to the first door of the building only. Delivery service is available Monday—Friday during normal business hours. Delivery times are generally scheduled within a 4-hour window.
The carrier will contact you directly to schedule an appointment, so please provide us with a daytime phone number.
Rush Delivery
For an additional charge of $12.95 we can ship most in-stock items via Rush service (2-3 business days). Orders must be received by 2 p.m. EST.
Some restrictions apply.
Item(s) must be in stock.
Rush Delivery is not applicable on items marked “NRS” or Oversized.
This flat charge may not apply to high volume orders. If this is the case, you will be contacted regarding your order.
Overnight Delivery
For an additional charge of $19.95 we can ship most in-stock items overnight. Orders can only be placed Monday—Friday, (Orders placed on Friday will arriving the following Monday) and must be received by 2 p.m. EST.
Some restrictions apply:
Item(s) must be in stock.
Overnight Delivery is not applicable on items marked “NRS.”
This flat charge may not apply to high volume orders. If this is the case, you will be contacted regarding your order.
